To Ali and Ken:
I attached "xmltest.php" and java files "postXMLClient.zip" that I used for
debugging. It demonstrates how to send a message from NYU to Gatech. A Java
file sends me a XML file over http and the php file receives the XML file
and print it out. I used JRE 1.6 and developed in Eclipse. Just changing a
variable "serverURL" with
"http://localhost/appropriate_directory_name/xmltest.php" is needed. 

To Mrunal:
Here are a processing code, php codes, and java files that I used for my
debugging. You can use this processing code or write your own code. For
testing you need to use "PostXMLClient.zip". In postXML.java you need to
change serverURL with
"http://localhost/appropriate_directory_name/postXML.php"
